Eternal AvatarPrivate Commission
No. 04  /  Trust

Owned by you.
Guarded beyond reach.

The most personal record a person can make demands the highest trust. Your capture is yours, and nobody else's.

Sovereignty

Fig. d · who owns the record

Custodian and craftsman, never owner. The master is yours to control, and yours to withdraw.

You own the master. Not us. Eternal Avatar is the custodian and the craftsman, and never the owner. The capture is held under your control, on terms you set, and it can be withdrawn by you.

This inverts how most data is treated. A record this intimate should answer to one person, the person it depicts. So everything is arranged around a single principle: the keys are yours.

The Vault

Kept to a standard the rest of your life rarely requires.

Sealed
Encrypted at rest and in transit to a standard fit for state secrets, under keys you ultimately control.
Held apart
Physically and logically isolated. Your record is never pooled with others, never mined, and never sold.
Never its teacher
Your material is never used to train general systems. It serves your likeness, and nothing else.
Fully audited
Every access is recorded. You, and later your estate, can see who reached the record, when, and why.
Consent

An Eternal Avatar is authored, while living, by the person it depicts. That is consent in its deepest sense.

You decide what is captured, what may be shown, how the likeness may speak, and to whom. This is the opposite of a machine guessing at someone after they are gone. It is a person, deliberately, leaving a faithful account of themselves to those they love.

Beyond a Lifetime

A likeness should honour a person, never trap them.

Who may visit
You name them. Access to your likeness is granted only by your declaration, to the people and groups you choose.
Who governs
A custodian or trustee you appoint carries out your wishes and holds the standing keys after you are gone.
What it may never do
Commercial use, public release or alteration can be forbidden in advance, and held that way permanently.
The right to rest
The likeness can be paused, sealed, or retired entirely, on conditions you set while living.
Prepared in law
We help prepare the instruments so your wishes are enforceable well beyond your lifetime.
