What is scarce here is not the technology. The technology keeps arriving, and it will keep arriving without us. What is scarce is the capture, which can only be taken while a person lives, and only at the fidelity we are willing to reach for today.
Eternal Avatar is, in essence, a claim staked on that scarcity. We build the instrument and the standard now, take the first irreplaceable masters now, and let three decades of advancing craft accrue to assets that already exist.
A founding patron is not buying a finished product. They are funding the first masters, setting the standard by which all later ones are judged, and making the eventual, affordable version possible.

The capture protocol and the vault
Build the instrument and the standard: a repeatable capture protocol, the secure vault, and the first one or two prototype captures with founding patrons. The durable asset is created here, before the avatar exists.
Rendering the likeness
Turn captured masters into faithful visual and vocal renderings, on screen first. Prove that a master taken today produces a recognisable, moving, speaking portrait of the person.
The interactive likeness
Bind a guarded, person-specific intelligence to the master so the likeness can converse within strict limits, and bring it into headset and spatial presence, where a quiet conversation can take place.
Refinement and reach
Re-master earlier captures with newer tools, deepen captures across a life, and drive the cost down the curve, toward the many rather than the few. The vision, made affordable.
